Associate – Generalist IBD/Restructuring – Dubai

Our client is global independent investment bank consisting of a team of highly experienced professionals with decades of world-class bulge bracket experience both globally and throughout the MENA region. They are focused on providing M&A;, Recapitalization & Restructuring, Capital Markets and Financial Institution Advisory service clients all over the world.
Role
They are currently seeking to grow their team at the associate level with the addition of an individual with a strong and well-rounded IBD technical skill-set with ideally some prior exposure to restructuring transactions gained at reputable firms. As well and playing a key supporting role to the senior professionals on transactions, this individual would also be tasked with leading and supervising analysts within the team.

Candidate Requirements
- 3-6 years’ experience, preferably gained at bulge bracket or highly regarded boutique investment bank.
- Strong IB transaction experience ideally with some exposure to restructuring advisory mandates.
- Exceptional technical skills
- Degree from a leading university with an outstanding record of academic achievement
- Strong work ethic, ambitious and dependable
- Preferably already based in the Middle East. Will consider candidates based elsewhere on a case by case basis
- Fluent English speaker. Speak Arabic is a plus but not required.
