Associate
We are looking for an associate with 1-3 years UK post-qualification experience for our Transport & Insurance practice. Reporting directly to the Head of Korea Group.

Al Tamimi's Transport Practice is an integral part of this dynamic sector in the Middle East. The Practice has been developed to cater for the needs of clients who require a global legal perspective with a strong understanding and appreciation of the specific requirements of local and regional law. Our lawyers come from a range of jurisdictions and backgrounds including private practice to in-house counsel for major multinational companies and they are well-positioned to provide a full range of legal services. In addition to the traditional services provided to our clients, we work closely with our other Practices to offer 360-degree legal support across the full range of legal requirements. This comprehensive offering ensures that we act for some of the leading regional and international institutions in the shipping, aviation and insurance sector. We are able to provide legal services, including research, advice and opinions on all aspects relevant to our client industries from cargo claims, employment matters, asset leasing and finance to asset sale and purchase deals. Whether as court advocates or legal consultants, our specialist lawyers have substantial exposure in handling complex industry-specific disputes as they arise and in providing sound commercial advice and drafting to prevent future disputes.

Skills and experience
- Post qualification experience : 1 to 3 years
- Language: Korean and English proficiency is a must
- Qualification jurisdiction- UK
- Must have maritime and / or arbitration experience
