Asst Financial Officer - 4mths contract
This function is to assist the CFO and Finance Manager in management control, financial control, production of accounting and regulatory documents for SG Gulf Region. Additionally, the role is to assist the CFO in managing projects given the Group's development plans in the region.
Prepare accounting reports for consolidation (Head Office in double French GAAP and IFRS)
Support account payable team (SG Bangalore) when needed. Archive vendor invoices with proof of payment attached.
Perform bank reconciliations.
Petty cash custodian and perform the cash count with managers verification.
Archive all paid staff expenses claim.
Prepare periodical management reports for local business lines and support functions analysing their costs against budgets and identify variances
Reconciler of all account balances in BCT tool for Permanent Supervision file.
Prepare and filling quarterly and annual regulatory reports required by DFSA/DIFC Regulatory (PIB Returns)
Perform Morse Control and GPS control.
Maintains the accuracy, completeness and integrity of the accounting records. Bookkeeping and data entry of transactions to Accounting Systems and Books of Accounts are according to IAS.
Responsible for reporting production (internal & external) SG Rep Office Abu Dhabi.
Provide details, as requested by local management and Head Office, on business results and profitability analysis
Prepare reports for Management control ( Gizeh reporting)
Assist in the permanent supervision implementation and monitoring for DFIN Department
Communicate with Company banks and follow up of issues
Manage various suppliers, for processing and payment of invoices
Develop working relationship with off shoring partner (FSSG Bangalore)
