As the
Assistant
Food &
Beverage Manager
, you will assist
the
Director Food & Beverage
to develop
and set Food & Beverage strategies for the hotel to ensure F&B; revenue
goals are achieved, tactical plans are created and implemented.
DUTIES

Responsible for food and beverage operations, including
Restaurants/Bars, Room Service and Banquets/Catering, where applicable. This
role assists the Director Food & Beverage in the development and
implementation of departmental strategies and ensures implementation of the
brand standard strategy, ensures employee satisfaction, and focuses on growing
revenues and maximizing the financial performance of the department. Develops
and implements schemes that bring products and services to meet or exceed the
needs and expectations of the Guests, property employees and provides a return
on investment.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree from an accredited university in Food Service
Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business
Administration, or related major, 4 years’ experience in the food and beverage
operations.

, you will assist

- Monitor the department’s actual and expected sales to

- Assist in Developing and Managing Food and Beverage
- Ensures food & beverage policies are in place in

- Involve in recruiting food & beverage team members

- Provides support, guidance and direction to team members,
- Coaches food & beverage team to effectively manage

- Reviews results from comment cards and guest
- Reviews comment cards, guest satisfaction results and
