ASST MANAGER -FINANCE & ADMIN

ROLE

The primary responsibilities for this role will include:
• Budgeting, forecasting and analysis functions.
• Manage Administration/HR processes
• Assist business managers in taking approvals from HO.
• Assist in the month end process for the business unit and preparation of monthly management results
• Oversee reporting and analysis of monthly reporting
• Establishes databases of pertinent information for use in analyzing future plans and forecasting
• Assist staff with compliance with company policies
• Special Projects for new investments as assigned.
• Implementing processes for internal control
• Ensure financial management and cash flow management of businesses


QUALIFICATIONS
• CA Inter qualified or ICWA Inter qualified.
• Minimum 8 years experience.
• Strong analytical skills, client service, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience of managing multiple businesses is a must.
• Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and collaborate with various managers in a fast-paced environment.
• Considerable knowledge and experience in business processes, leadership, strategy development, management, client service, budgeting, people management, communications and consultation
• Self-motivated, strong organizational skills and detail oriented
