Formal Education Required: :
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering OR Telecommunications/Electrical/Electronics Engineering OR equivalent
Years & Field of Experience required:
At least 3 to 4 years experience in Telecommunications, Big Data.
Principal Functions :
Architect builds the data model and corresponding analytical tools, and how they will all fit together to meet management requirements.
Architect will design and implement scalable Big Data architecture solutions for various application required by COMPANY Customer Experience team. Will develop logical and physical design for various data types and large volumes of data.
Desired Candidate Profile Duties & Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable Big Data architecture solutions for various application needs.
Analyze multiple sources of structured and unstructured data to propose and design data architecture solutions for scalability, high availability, fault tolerance, and elasticity.
Develop conceptual, logical and physical design for various data types and large volumes.
Implement some or all of the Big Data systems in distributed cloud environments(if needed).
Implement security, encryption best practices for Big Data environments
Architect, design and implement high performance large volume data integration processes, database, storage, and other back-end services in fully virtualized environments.
Work closely with engineering stakeholders, at a technical and user level, to design and produce solutions.
Work closely with the marketing and engineering development teams to rapidly translate the understanding of customer data and requirements to product and solutions.
Prepares users by conducting training on how the platform is structured.
