- Conducts brand marketing including planning, implementation and tracking in with key strategic objectives
- Identify and monitor competitors and market conditions or changes in the industry that may affect sales
- Integrates MCC, Meeting & Congress and Medical Manager and ensures accomplishment of strategic objectives in Brand(s) Multichannel communications
- Analysis & Planning of Brand Strategy, Execution of Brand Strategy, Tracking of Brand Strategy Execution
- Following the related market segments to see the effects of marketing activities
- Analyzing statistical market data and following up market research
- Liaising with the key opinion leaders, physicians and all target groups to observe the market needs
- Continuously upgrading technical knowledge and skills to follow up new marketing trends and methodologies
- Manage & track budgets efficiently with a complete track of spend, committed and available budgets
- Maintain a complete database of all planned & implemented activities per brand per pharmacy to effectively track implementation and to keep all the stakeholders informed
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or marketing in multinational pharma companies
- Brand/Product management experience is a plus
- Experience in anti-inflammatory market is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Strong skills in strategic planning, conflict management and communication
- Strong knowledge of Syndicated Data (IMS/In Market Sales)
- Planning and Project Management skills
- Excellent at problem solving, and team-working
- Having analytical approach, being business oriented
- Creative, multiple task oriented, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Collaborative, committed, result-oriented and self-motivated personality
- High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
