Broker Relationship Officer

Developing close & interpersonal relationship with Brokers in Dubai/Sharjah/Abu Dhabi
Working in coordination with the Head of Sales & Marketing
Dealing with the day to day business inquiries pertaining to Motor & Non-Motor business
assist in submitting & negotiating quotations with the Broker in coordination with the Technical team.
Following up with quotes/payments, submitted to the broker.
Coordinate with other departments such as underwriting, Claims, Operations, IT etc for resolution of all pending service requests from brokers.
Submission of various reports including Broker Production Budget, Production Analysis, Receivable status, Ratios and other related financial reports etc. in a comprehensive and timely manner to the Head of Sales & Marketing.
Advising client through Brokers on the Risk Improvement & Risk Management, if required.
Follow up on overdue payments from brokers
Be a part of sales meeting and developing strategies to increase production.
