We have a unique opportunity for a creative and enthusiastic Business Development Coordinator to join our team and play an integral role in the design and delivery of both our internal and external communications.
As the Business Development Coordinator, you will work closely with our Regional Leadership and the global marketing team to produce high quality marketing and bid materials. Your day to day duties will include but not be limited to

About the job
We have a unique opportunity for a creative and enthusiastic Business Development Coordinator to join our team and play an integral role in the design and delivery of both our internal and external communications.
As the Business Development Coordinator, you will work closely with our Regional Leadership and the global marketing team to produce high quality marketing and bid materials. Your day to day duties will include but not be limited to
- Keep account of and follow up with all regional submissions
- Coordinate and prepare Industry award submissions
- Prepare material for and lead regional marketing meetings
- Preparation and maintenance of communication materials including but not limited to project sheets, project descriptions and general client correspondence
- Design and production of marketing material including but not limited to clients presentations, proposal documentation, company brochures and capability statements, company newsletter.
- Assist with the production of monthly marketing reports
- Manage the photo library content for projects.
- Manage the collection (collect, when required) of project marketing information on completion of projects
- Assist all Directors in marketing and publicity activities as required.
- Performing market research to identify new opportunities (sectors/ geographies)
- Maintain the MENA client database to ensure it is current and accurate
- Organise advertising space and materials as appropriate.
- Prepare and maintain competitor profiles.
- Maintain staff CVs
- Assisting in ensuring office has all required regional pre-qualification and registration
- Planning and organisation of client (and staff) meetings and functions
- Design and procurement of promotional materials
The successful applicant will have worked in the construction and engineering industry before in a similar capacity.
It is essential you have;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft and Adobe Suites (InDesign experience required)
- Marketing experience within the UAE ideally within the Engineering and Construction industry
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant field
- Excellent communication – including written and spoken English
- Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent
- Knowledge of Arabic (written and verbal)
