Business Development Manager - Interior fit-out

A leading interior fitout contractor is recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join their successful team.



The BDM is expected to;

* Assess target markets, intelligence gathering on customers and competitors, focus on increasing brand awareness and bringing new customers
* Sell and manage the companies projects, and services
* Implement the company's sales and marketing strategy, identify and qualify leads while consistently closing business in order to meet or exceed the sales budget
* Work towards achieving companies financial and growth goals

Also;

* Prepare yearly sales plan and budget
* Achieve sales budget and pre-defined targets
* Identify and filter the right client and project prior to Enquiry Detail sheet preparation
* Networking: Create and maintain relationship with key real estate agents, developers, interior suppliers, A&D community, facilities managers and project managers, and other business people
* Attend identified key exhibitions, conferences and networking events
* Investigate industry trends and competition
