- Coordinating with product team, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Build business cases on customer needs specifically in areas on IT and Non IT processes, identify appropriate return on investment and benefit analysis,
- Understanding of ISO 20000, ITIL framework is added advantage.
- Regular meeting with strategic customers.
- A business development manager focuses on increasing brand awareness, bringing in new customers, and meeting quarterly targets.
- Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed goals
- Present at customer meetings, seminars, trainings, and webinars as required
- Attend sales trainings and certification programs as required
- Individual responsibility for new business, and are expected to self manage, however, you will be part of a growing team of people with the same job title
