Business Development Manager
A Young, Dynamic, Arabic Speaking, Female with experience in Business Development for Event Industry is required.
The Business Manager shall Direct and Manage the following activities within the Business Division;
1.Create and maintain a marketing plan and strategy consistent with the current Business Plan
2.Manage all Marketing efforts, including market research, advertising, sponsorship and client, media and public relations
3.Manage the building of the Brand image and the maintenance of excellent Market and Client Relations
4.Seek out Requests for Proposals and thereafter co-coordinating, creating and issuing Proposals to prospective and current clients for services
5.In conjunction with other departments and the CEO manage the costing, pricing and risk assessment of all prospective work and services for which fixed and 'at cost' prices/rates are required
6.Co-ordinate sales by managing in co-ordination with the CEO the negotiation of all Client contracts/purchase orders from submission of Proposal to the award of work
7. Issue periodic marketing reports to the CEO listing plans/targets, issues and achievements in the reporting period.
8.Ensure all activities of the division are executed in accordance with the QHSE Policy and Plan
