CE-Credit & Collections Supervisor
Ensures effective & efficient processing of Collections/Accounts Receivable functions, including internal revenue transactions, revenue reporting & reconciliation of the AR ledger. Manages collection & administrative activities for accounts receivable of assigned portfolio by providing the highest level of customer service to ensure prompt resolution of customer accounts and ensuring correct direction, support & motivation is given to the team for to achieve success.
This position has direct impact on financials with main impact on overdues balances and cash flow. This position plays an integral role in managing accounts receivable, ensuring low overdue balance and low credit risk exposure.

•Managing & ensuring the accuracy & timeliness of weekly AR aging &collection; status reports.
•Executes sound & effective collection strategies inclusive of collection calls to delinquent accounts for resolution of past due balances to meet required business needs &performance; measurements.
•Maintains cross-functional working relationships with Finance, Operations, Sales, & other business partners to ensure adequate flow of information & resolution of all customer invoicing concerns.
•Leads the credit team & mentors & trains collectors & strengthens working relationships within the billing & collections functions.

•Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills
•High level of written & spoken communications required
•Excellent knowledge of excel
experience in the UAE market
