Since there is a joint cooperation between BGT and its sister Company the Middle East Insulation LLC. (members of Abdulla & Hamad Al Ghurair Investments) for design, manufacturing, trading and installation of FORT® Doors, Bin Ghurair Trading and Middle East Insulation , have obtained a Quality Management System. It is certified in compliance with the international standard ISO 9001-2008. Certification of this quality system helps ensure that the company has the system in place to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities and General Position Summary:
Leading manufacturing Company requires a Chemist Powder Coating with Minimum 5-8 years of experience in coating (Painting & Powder coating) lines (Fully automated/Semi automated plants ),preferably from steel door’s manufacturing industry / sheet metal parts manufacturing to manufacture of Standard &Non; Standard product’s parts as per the specifications & lead motivated team of employees.
Key Accountabilities:
As a Chemist Powder Coating, you'll need to:
- Plan, Organize and supervise various activities pertaining to proper utilization related to coating lines and Std&Non; Std products
- Lead, train and guide the production team
- Ensure good quality of processed components in accordance with standard specification.
- Responsible for 5S / Kaizan requirements related to plating lines and Std & Non std products
- Implement the correct Lab procedures for Chem. Lab. for chemical process(Related to powder coating & painting lines) monitoring and control
- Contribute to the constant review of existing methods for potential improvements to process stability, product quality and cost
Communication and Working relationships
- Internal: Within BGT (Design team, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchase, Sales & Marketing), similar functions in other divisions
- External: Vendors & Suppliers
Qualifications (Eligibility Criteria):
- BSC(Chemistry)
Essential Knowledge and Skills

The Chemist Powder Coating should;
- Minimum Experience: 5-8 years of experience in coating (Painting & Powder coating) lines (Fully automated/Semi automated plants ),preferably from steel door’s manufacturing industry / sheet metal parts manufacturing
