This position is within the Engineering Department of Linencraft and reports to the Maintenance System Coordinator.

Key Accountabilities
- Provide efficient administration support for the Engineering Department across four sites of Linencraft.
- Operate Enterprise Resource Planning systems (Purchase Request generation) in conjunction with department requirements and business policies.
- Taking care of Employee Services for Linencraft Engineering in E-Workflow.
- Monitoring RFU in conjunction with CPD Buyers and respective Engineers.
- Following up with suppliers to receive the ordered materials in time.
- Monitoring and Controlling engineering stores inventory and leading month end closing.
- Taking Minutes of Meetings for all Maintenance, Capital Investment Projects and Suppliers meetings.
- Arrange the necessary records and filing both hard and soft copies in order to satisfy legislative audits and traceability.
- Demonstrate continual improvements through effective communication at all levels and meet objectives and Key Performance Criteria expectations.
- Comply with the Company Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Policy
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Recognized certificate in Engineering or in IT.
- Computer Literate with hands on experience of Microsoft Office especially MS Excel
- Experience in preparing schedules and documentation
- High standard of written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and follow up with suppliers
- Ability to work under less supervision
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure to meet targets and achieve results
