- Primarily assigned to follow up and collect on all overdue, delinquent customers.
- Handle number of calls/contact (as per department set targets) & follow-up on customer’s commitment to pay
- Identify un-contactable/skip customers and redirect these for filed visits
- Perform Field Visits as needed
- Review collection MIS to measure own effectiveness, productivity & efficiency
- Work together with his/her colleague for their common goal of payment collection
- Have his/her daily goal to Achieve his/her DRR and fulfill his/her monthly target

Nationality Preference: Indian
Age: 20 Years to 35 Years Max
Language: English / Malayalam
Experience Preference: 1 or more Years in Collections - Banking Collection is Plus
Salary: Depending on Experience
Having U.A.E. Drivers License is a plus
- Basic Computer Knowledge is a must
