Major tier 1 contractor located in the UAE requires a Commercial Manager with around 12-14 years experience in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management. Candidates will be required to have a major contractor background working with reputable tier 1 contractors in the UK, Ireland or Europe, specialising in major BUILDING projects such as Hotels, Residential, Mixed Use, Shopping Centres etc... Candidates should have a BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar and should be willing to relocate for long term employment in Dubai. This position could be ideal for a candidate located in the UK looking for their first employment in the Middle East, as long as they have tier 1 contractors background.
The package on offer for this position will be around 45-50k AED per month plus medical and flights.
