Commercial Operation Excellence Manager (Animal Health)

To support the Middle East Animal Health division with the required market intelligence, business analysis, business excellence strategies and distributor engagement to ensure the strategic growth agenda of Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health in the dedicated region, is fulfilled, whilst adhering to best practice principles and BI's standard operational procedures (SOPs).

Duties & Responsibilities:

Distributor sales and technical support effectiveness

• Ensure that local sales and level of stock are available for the area on a monthly basis and make the information available for the Area Business Manager. Interact with supply organization.
• Deploy program dedicated to distributor sales force in order to maximize the call effectiveness, KAM strategies where applicable, customer segmentation.
• Design and Help the implementation of KAM strategy above the border of the avian activity

Business Operations

• Follows and reports on business identified KPIs for success
• In collaboration with Area Business Manager develops and drives market surveys that will support the Unit growth agenda
• In collaboration with the Area Business Manager, identifies key customers, builds and maintains a Customer Value Matrix to ensure that ROI is at the forefront of business decisions
• Recommends and rolls-out corporate initiatives aimed at improving business excellence in the area

Commercial Operations

• Forward recommendations to the Middle East Country Head on ways to improve and enhance the operations within the different countries in the Middle East area, optimizing on the Distributor/BI relationship to gain a stronger collaboration, better customer satisfaction and higher profitability
• Runs a regular Health Check survey with BI clients assessing customer satisfaction levels

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years working in varies areas of Business operations
• Knowledge of the region in terms of Animal Health business would be a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Science and / or Business Administration
• Fluency in English language, Basic in French and Arabic
• Ability to manage transversal projects
