Commercial Property Consultants
We are currently seeking outstanding Property Consultants to continue our phenomenal growth.
Requirement Summary:
Minimum 2-3 years real estate experience
Should have up to date working knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market
Have extensive and strong sales experience
Maintain high professional standards and work ethics
Should have a hunger for success & financial gain
Should possess a valid UAE drivers license and a car
The candidate should be dynamic, presentable, confident and assertive
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
Should currently be based in the UAE
Key responsibilities include:
Selling and leasing commercial properties such as office space, shopping malls and large retail projects
Liaising with clients in order to source their requirements till such time the appropriate property is found
Working in synergy with other commercial agents in listing relevant property information including photographs into the relevant system
Act as an intermediary in negotiations between the buyer and seller
Draw up tenancy contracts / legal agreements between the buyers and seller
Advice and answer client questions on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and other related matters
Preparing adequate and complete supporting documentation for submission to the Finance division to ensure accurate, timely remittances
