Requirement Summary:
- Minimum 2-3 years real estate experience
- Should have up to date working knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market
- Have extensive and strong sales experience
- Maintain high professional standards and work ethics
- Should have a hunger for success & financial gain
- Should possess a valid UAE drivers license and a car
- The candidate should be dynamic, presentable, confident and assertive
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
- Should currently be based in the UAE
- Selling and leasing commercial properties such as office space, shopping malls and large retail projects
- Liaising with clients in order to source their requirements till such time the appropriate property is found
- Working in synergy with other commercial agents in listing relevant property information including photographs into the relevant system
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between the buyer and seller
- Draw up tenancy contracts / legal agreements between the buyers and seller
- Advice and answer client questions on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and other related matters
- Preparing adequate and complete supporting documentation for submission to the Finance division to ensure accurate, timely remittances
