Job Description

We’re looking for a Commercial Intern who thrives in a fast paced working environment to join our local markets commercial team in Dubai.
In this role, you will be providing support to the Customer Development Manager and the Area Managers.
Your main responsibilities will be: 
CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT
Reporting
- Collect the data from the retailers and update the monthly sell out & VMS reports
- Send the monthly results to the distributors
- Update monthly and quaterly the VMS by pillar report
- Update the retailers agreement files on a monthly basis
- Update the commercial meeting presentation on a quarterly basis
- Update the P&L by retailer on a quarterly basis

AREA MANAGER
Reporting
- Collect the country files and the demand plan from the distributors
- Consolidate Export and Wholesale report on a monthly basis (master file)
- Consolidate the mix of sales report for HQ
- Update the correlation sell in / sell out file to identify the discrepancies and act accordingly
- Collect and consolidate the Grey Market SKUs for HQ
- Update the commercial meeting presentation on a quarterly basis
