Compensation and Benefits Manager
Job Overview:
•Maintain and implement compensation and benefits policies and practices and ensure they are aligned to business goals.
•Manager performance process roll out in the organization with a guidance from the Compensation Head.
Job Contribution:
•Timely execution of performance management cycle in the organization
•Discipline in the performance system by close monitoring of the process in the organization
•Maintain HRMS/Prepare HR related MIS
•Assists in the preparation of proposals for salary & benefits changes based internal/external benchmarks
•Must work with various internal customers (units / group heads) to ensure whole and effective implementation of HR compensation initiatives and external vendors
•Play the role of internal consultant to the various units regarding performance management and other HR related issues such as policies and employee relations
•Handle day today administration tasks related to HR C&B;
•Assist C&B; Head in employee relations and other HR related issues
•Assist C&B; Head and take initiatives in other HR related Ad Hoc projects
Key Competencies:
•Analyze and develop proposals for implementing various compensation related initiatives
•Analyze the real cost effect of the proposals find new sources of information and effectively manage data
•Develop new analytical approaches and methodologies
•Coming up with new ideas to improve the compensation and benefits structure of the organization
•Good communication & interpersonal skills
•Good written skill is an advantage to write various policies and practices
•Number savvy and detail conscious
•Negotiation skills
•Highly organized and multitasked
Key Accountabilities:
•Participate in compensation surveys and analyze the data generated through the surveys and work with Compensation Head to recommend the annual compensation review of the organization
•Analyze data generated through surveys and report findings
•Collect and maintain compensation data related to the market
•Review and monitor payments of incentives to ensure compliance with the approved scheme & suggest changes as per the market practices
•Manage payroll and HR related accounting
•Handle all MIS, data requests from functional heads to assist in decision making
