Compensation and Benefits Manager
One of the leading retailers across the Middle East is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing compensation data within the organization and evaluating job descriptions to determine classification and salary.
Other Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and manage salary classification and compensation programs
- Oversee the process of Merit and other Performance Management processes
- Forecast budgets for labour and hiring needs
- Oversee and manage employee insurance and retirement programs
- Review, approve and advise ELT and the CEO on proposed salary increase
- Advise employee on all applicable regulations and compliance policies impacting compensation and benefits
- Performs special projects and other duties as assigned
