Main Purpose:
- Support the VP & Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer as well as the Sector and Region Compliance and Ethics (C&E) Officers in promoting, monitoring and enforcing the Code of Conduct.
- Responsible for the maintenance and efficiency of the Case Management System.
- Coordinate and monitor the investigation and reporting process for all routine Speak Ups.
- Coordinate the online Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery training program for the Sector.
Accountabilities:
- Monitor data entry in the Case Management System.
- Prepare regular reports through compiling data from the Case Management System.
- Analyze all C&E data for trends.
- Prepare decks for the quarterly CEC and CEO meetings.
- Coordinate with the Sector and Region Code Admins to ensure the effective running of the online Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery training.
- Lead the disclosure process for the Sector.
- Assist in conducting Speak Up investigations and report writing.
- Conduct a monthly audit of the Routine Speak Up reports from all AMENA Regions.
- Implement tools and scorecards to improve the efficiency of the C&E function, such as reducing average days to close Speak Up cases.
- Liaise with Corporate Head Office on technical issues relating to the Speak Up line and case management system.

- Advanced computer literacy skills in Word, PowerPoint and Excel* Possess excellent administrative and organizational skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
