• Responsible to the Board for the establishment of construction system, buildability and technologies, including logistics design systems and procedures.
• To manage bid building and programme input, systems design including cranage, vertical transportation, laydown, logistics, etc and to establish projects sites and procure all forward works at project commencement.
• Responsible for the recruitment and establishment of the engineering and technologies team to continuously research new technologies for introduction into the building process.

Qualifications :
• Candidate should be Degree qualified Structural Engineer / Civil Engineer, High rise experience in Australia, US or UK, Ideally from building company background, Site Engineer, 30-35 yrs old
