Credit Controller

Job Scope & Summary:
Credit Controller will be part of the Corporate Finance Team with direct reporting to Head of Treasury. The function is mainly focused on the development of the overall Credit Management of Group Companies and will monitor and control adherence to the policies.

The roles and responsibilities includes:
• Implementation of Credit Management Policy to Group Companies;
• Monitoring and ensuring adherence to the policy; Continuous assistance/training to Group Companies as and when required.
• Develops the Credit Management Policy to include the following:
o Project Customers
o Provisioning Policies
o Update of the policy as and when required
o Coordinate with SAP Team in automation of process involved in the policy.
• Daily task includes verification and recommendation of SharePoint workflows relating to credit management policy such as:
o Update Trade License
o New Customer Code – includes verification of entity’s risk assessment
o Increase Credit Limit – includes verification of entity’s risk assessment
o Change in customer credit term – includes verification of entity’s risk assessment
o Block & Unblock customer in SAP
o Withdrawal & Extension of credit term
