About the CRM Insight Analyst - International leading firm

In this CRM Insight Analyst role, you will be part of the Dubai office that looks after the MENA region (around 300 staff). Your role will be to extract the data to deliver client insight.

Part of job will be:
* Establishing a global strategy for client reporting
* Delivering client insight/campaign reporting
* Data analysis to visualisation
* Developing and implementing new dashboards
