CRM Manager - Retail

With a portfolio of highly successful brands under management and with several hundred stores throughout the region this highly successful business is recognized within the region as being an employer of choice. With an exciting new e-commerce platform already underway that is due to be expanded across multiple brands over the next year this newly created role of CRM Manager is instrumental in the groups digital strategy.

The role:
• Reporting to the General Manger you will be tasked with managing the brands CRM platform
• Planning, managing and executing the companies CRM strategy across customer loyalty and retention
• Analysing the data from CRM platform in order to customize marketing strategies across the brands providing a quantifiable ROI
• Working with the internal Marketing / Buying & PR team to set a promotional calendar
• Dealing with internal & external stakeholders like Marketing / IT / Operations and 3rd party agencies & web development partners
• Working with marketing to create new promotional material that would be suitable for the Middle East market
• Planning, managing and executing the companies CRM strategy across customer loyalty and retention
