CRM Manager

To lead CRM in Al Tayer Motors and develop CRM plan as part of the overall marketing plan and manage its execution with collaboration with involved stakeholders

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Participate in development of Al Tayer CRM Strategy and develop CRM plan for Al Tayer Motors as part of the overall marketing plan
  • Lead and manage CRM to ensure customer and vehicle data integrity is maintained
  • Manage and monitor all customer relationship communications
  • Collate database lists for marketing campaigns and collaborate with marketing and events management teams for this matter
  • Support marketing and events teams in co-ordinating events and managing guest lists
  • Assist in the annual increase of customer retention and customer satisfaction
  • Improve the quality of customer service and retention by enhanced facilities, promotions, improved systems and control to high standards
  • Maintain good liaison with General Managers, departmental managers and Directors
  • Maintain direct liaison with principal’s representatives and all other contacts
Job Skills
  • Preferable Master’s Degree or Graduate, preferably in the field of Marketing
  • Minimum five to eight years of experience, with at least two years in a Senior Management role
  • Relevant work experience with CRM.
