JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Title : CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVEDepartment : STORES / RETAIL SALESReporting Authority : STORE INCHARGE / Company Name : Kanz JewelsRoles & Responsibilities: -The role will be primarily involved in customer interaction, understanding the customer requirements and showing various designs and jewellery items that suites the requirement, budget and taste of the customers.Would also be involved in generating sales and achieving the monthly sales and Old Gold purchase targets.Maintaining the stock, ensuring that the stocks are displayed properly and also managing the visual merchandizing.Coordinating with the branch in-charges in stock counting, stock transfer, maintain proper inventory of the stocks and any new stock purchase.Should be taking responsibility in Old Gold purchase and reinsuring with the respective in-charge before purchasing the Old Gold from the customers.Deliver sales service in a professional, prompt and friendly manner.Any other duties assigned by the superior that are directly or indirectly associated with this role.Job Type: Full-timeRequired education:Bachelor'sRequired experience:Customer Service: 1 yearRequired language:English
