Interacting with customers over phone & by email for:
  • Getting approvals for repair estimates
  • Conveying any repair related information
  • Prioritizing tasks to ensure timely fulfilment of SLAs
  • Handling the basic level queries of customers
  • Handling customer complaints and follow-ups
  • Interacting with retail outlets for any service related queries
  • Coordinating with the respective internal team members for finding solutions of issues
  • Escalating of relevant issues to Managers
