Customer Service Associate
We are currently working with a global company in Dubai who are looking for Customer Service Associates to join their growing and exciting team. The role is to provide efficient service to customers within relevant regions including processing orders, preparing export documents, coordinating shipments, responding in a timely manner to any customer queries as well as all administration duties. We are looking for someone who promotes high performance, has excellent communication skills and has high attention to detail.
The scope of the role includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Manage the quotation and order process as well as key shipping elements
- Coordinate all customer and distributor enquiries
- File all customer reports as necessary
- Process invoices and raise purchase orders
- Provide efficient and regular updates to customers
- Manage complaints and escalate to management if required
- Coordinate International Trade Finance
- Prepare and submit any letters of credit and bank collections
- Assist with guarantees in the form of bid bonds and performance bonds
- Assist in the international shipping and distribution
- Fluent English speaker (Arabic would be an advantage)
- Strong team and motivational skills
- Excellent data entry skills
- Work well under pressure
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience with International Trade Finance
- Experience in handling tenders
- Previous customer service experience
- Good user of Microsoft office and ERP systems
- Admin experience specifically with data entry
