Job Description :

Urgently looking for a well experienced Customer Service Executive in UAE.

Job Details :

  • Responsible for providing first level support for all technical    related issues .
  • Creating tickets, monitoring mails, receiving calls and keeping    follow up for every ticket till the closure.
  • Escalating and routing the tickets to the next level team with the    proper support metrics.
  • Ensure that all Calls/ Emails/ Tickets are resolved/ completed    within SLA.

Job Requirements :

  • Graduate.
  • Three years experience in the same field.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Good customer service skills.
