- Responsible for providing first level support for all technical related issues .
- Creating tickets, monitoring mails, receiving calls and keeping follow up for every ticket till the closure.
- Escalating and routing the tickets to the next level team with the proper support metrics.
- Ensure that all Calls/ Emails/ Tickets are resolved/ completed within SLA.
Job Requirements :
- Graduate.
- Three years experience in the same field.
- Good computer skills.
- Good customer service skills.
