Customer Service Representative - Female Arabic Speaker required (Northern Emirates)

Scope:
- Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. - Assists with complaints, orders and other queries.- - Resolve customer complaints via phone, email or mail - Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information. - Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.  - Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges. Advise on company information. - Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers. - Place or cancel orders. - Act as the company gatekeeper. Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation. - Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes. - Work with Branch manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered. - Close out or open call records.

Skills:
- Good command in English.
- Native in Arabic.
- Having good communication skills.
- Having interpersonal abilities.
- Being able to work under pressure.
- Being able to act in a confidential manner. Education:
College or University Degree. Experience:
1-2 years in the same field
