Customer Service Representative

Candidates with Real Estate/Building & Facility Management preferred.

The desired candidiate must have administrator and customer service experience in Dubai.

Answering telephone calls and dealing with client inquiries & redirecting calls to appropriate colleagues. Sorting and distributing incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.

Provide general administrative and clerical support. Resolve queries in a timely manner.

Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.

Proficient in Word & Excel.
