Design Architect
Ensuring that the drawings are issued promptly as per schedule
• Co-ordination with other departments concerned , Projects, M&E;, CRM and Legal, at various stages of the project
• Responsible for generating MIS and circulate to all concerned departments
• Periodic Audit of the status of drawing preparation.
• Interaction with HR Department on management of human resources, by assisting in recruitment and training.
• Assist Director- Architecture in preparation of annual budgets and periodical monitoring thereof.
• Review the structure of the department to ensure availability of the right resources to cater to the enhanced plans for the group.
• Preparing programme for architect’s visit to places of Architectural interest inside/outside India and getting it approved by Chairman/MD.
• Organizing training programme for Architects in areas like advanced courses in AutoCAD & allied areas, water proofing in building construction and any other such relevant area.
• Maintenance of daily work dairies and time sheets.
• Preparation of job allocation charts and periodical review and updation of design /drawing delivery charts.
• Coordination with QAD & Purchases Dept/alternate in clearing all the consultant bills.
• Interact with estimation, contract and billing, on timely receipt of work orders for contract jobs and ensure that there is timely realization of all the periodical architectural fee bills.
• Ensure that there is strict adherence to ISO standards and procedures in the Studio and handle ISO internal and external audits under HOD’s guidance.

Formulate design concepts for projects with ability to digest and interpret design concepts and directions from the Sr. Design Architect, Director and proceed with design development. Experience in project management and excellent skills in quality and time management for design deliverables.
