Job Description
Well established, expanding and rapidly growing global company in the field of aviation is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM/SEA, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities
  • Creating, execution and delivery of the Digital Marketing Plan
  • Managing of the Digital Marketing Budget, responsible for forecasting and budget control
  • Designing, building and maintaining company’s social media presence/social media strategies for the company’s profiles on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Develop different advertising campaigns by creating blog articles, presentations and international marketing strategies.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, manage online campaigns for brand and product to increase awareness
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience of company’s website
  • Responsible for Marketing ROI, lead generation, traffic increase
  • Demonstrate effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the brand
  • Communicate internal reports on progress to the top management of the company on regular bases
REQUIREMENTS
  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field is a plus
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing within the Dubai and or global market
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Excellent written English skills (Candidates will be asked to provide written samples), other language (Arabic, French, Russian is a plus)
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends and others)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Desired but not mandatory knowledge of HTML, Adobe, Photoshop and Indesign.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
