Digital Marketing & Social Media specialist
Job Purpose To promote the Group through a Marketing & Social media strategy. Work closely with Sales & Management to maximise growth, build our reputation, manage our image and sustain our market share in the Mena region.
Key roles and responsibilities
Tools
Media Campaigns, Online activities, Social Media, Company Website, Advertising, Networking, Business collaborations and consistently researches new marketing tools/solutions.
Data
Internal information and external information gathered, Client data base, Market research on products/services and Competitors.
Marketing strategy implementation
Analyse data from multiple sources including Google analytics and other relevant tools.
Advertising – Sourcing and arranging.
Media Management – All aspects – including content writing and industry articles.
Marketing Campaigns with measurable results.
Manage – Graphic Design, IT (marketing related only) Marketing personnel and oversee Website design.
Merchandising of marketing materials.
Branding – All aspects.
PR – Pre-launches, Campaigns, Industry Shows, Events and Collaboration Management.
Required Qualifications
Required Skills
Other requirements Ideally with exposure to Real Estate and Construction industries in the region.
Has a good network with media presence.
Valid UAE Driving License.

- Assess Company status in relevant markets from an outside perspective on our product/services, social media presence, all aspects of branding, and measure online activity verses business turnover (identify strengths/weaknesses) results to be presented in a comprehensive report.
- Identify Managements current goals and business plan
- Has in-depth knowledge of the Company products/services

- Roll out within agreed timeline and in priority to ensure maximum success
- Work with all relevant departments/personnel to deliver the strategy
- Review and monitor on a daily, weekly/monthly basis and issue report
- Measure effectiveness within agreed timeline
- Change aspects of the strategy as required to ensure effectiveness
- Post roll out – Review Marketing activity Monthly and update Management
- Provide Annual Marketing strategy two months before the year end

- Works closely & supports the Sales Team to attain theirs &company; sales targets
- Mentor all Management mid and upper level on the Company image & Marketing responsibilities and provide Social media training to all relevant personnel.
Required Qualifications
- Marketing Degree holder
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience
- Must be verse in Adobe packages, InDesign & illustrator Office Suite and all MS office
- Possesses Analytics knowledge and basic SEO
- Creative Graphic design skills would be advantageous
- Specializes in Social media and online writing
- Proven experience in delivering a successful Marketing campaign
Required Skills
- High Level of written and spoken Arabic and English are essential
- Must be goal orientated with a ‘can do attitude’ and passionate about your work
- Excellent level of attention to detail, u organizational skills and deadline focused
- Team player and Management skills
- Ability to build a department from scratch and manage it through to success!
