The Role

The role offers a real opportunity to add-value to the ongoing success of the firm with the added caveat of joining the senior management team as the business continues to grow

Due to the year-on-year growth and continued expansion across the UAE the firm are looking to hire a Shared Services Finance Manager to harmonise the accounting and internal control environment to ensure effective and timely reporting across the various business units. The role will involve:

• Maintain the books of account for a number of different legal entities (Owners Unions / Associations) including annual audit FS preparation and ensuring information is available in a timely basis (5 working days) for Management Reports on a monthly basis
• Implementing a SAP Segmental Accounting FI set-up including data migration for approximately 80 legal entities (owners associations)
• Financial shared services against deliverable and performance KPIs
• Account closing management and report
• Preparing multiple entities Statutory Accounts
• Responsible for audit closure on all entities
• Experience in SAP with Segmental / Profit Centre Accounting
• SAP implementations and large scale data migrations

The Candidate

• Qualified Chartered Accountant
• Real estate investment experience
• Experience of ERP Implementation
• Proven leadership skills of teams larger than 10 people including recruitment, training and appraisals
• At least 15 years' experience in a relevant Group reporting role
• Expert knowledge of statutory, regulatory and legal requirements across MENA

Salary and Benefits

40,000 - 45,000 AED
