Director of Development and Corporate Performance

Our client are a major government organization in Dubai. Due to an ongoing expansion, they are looking to hire a Director of Development and Corporate Performance to provide the necessary vision and strategic direction to achieve company goals and objectives throughout the planned rapid growth.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Development and Corporate Performance will hold a number of key accountabilities including:
- Managing and developing the performance measurement system through all of the operational and administrative levels in the organization
- Developing and providing a comprehensive organization development plan along with objectives and KPIs for all activities
- Directing the production of company performance and corporate standards along with all related organizational culture development, ensuring that they are in line with the highest international standards
- Overseeing the activities and budget preparation of the Quality and Excellence, Performance and Organizational Development sections whilst meeting regularly with the Section Managers to keep them informed and offer direction
- Establishing schedules and methods for providing strategy and corporate performance programs
- Directing the establishment and ensuring the implementation of development & corporate performance programs such as corporate survey management and corporate performance and suggesting methods of improving the planning process as appropriate
- Identifying and developing effective corporate key performance indicators for business development including corporate excellence, employee involvement & effectiveness and corporate productivity etc.
- Directing, developing and recommending changes for the company organization structure
- Overseeing stakeholder satisfaction by implementing a monitoring tool for the satisfaction measurement which leads to enhancing the stakeholders satisfaction levels
All jobs assigned to the Director of Development and Corporate Performance will be closely overseen by the CEO. The Director of Development and Corporate Performance will have the full rights to take their own decision on proposals without instruction or endorsement from supervisors. They will have 6 direct reports and 25 indirect.
