Driver - Heavy Vehicle

We are looking for a dynamic Driver. The right candidate must possess excellent communication. He/She is highly responsible and reliable with exceptional attention to details. He/She is able to work effectively in a team environment and take initiatives. He/She can handle multiple complex projects with a focus on results

Responsible to meet/greet and offer assistance to hotel guest / associates upon their arrival and departure.
Maintain an up to date knowledge of the hotel and services and supply information and respond to guest queries
Ensure effective handover is done, gaining information from earlier shift
Forward guest complaints to the manager on duty
Perform any trips and drives with the hotel bus as requested
Monitor care, cleaning & maintenance of bus.
Establish, promote and maintain good public relations while meeting or exceeding guest expectations
Manage associates/guest behavior effectively
Driver should always have a smiling, helpful and friendly attitude towards associates & guests.
Complete daily vehicle check list (before & after).
Driver will work on shift in line with operational need.
Complete all applicable paper work required.
Participate scheduled training & associate meets.
Report unsafe condition.
Ensure that company policy & procedures are followed at all given time.
Positive attitude towards associates and guests
