eCommerce Director

We are currently working with a fast-growing ecommerce business and they are looking to hire a dynamic and passionate Ecommerce Director to lead the team based in Dubai. Your main role is to manage the execution of all ecommerce and online advertising/marketing initiatives, in addition to overseeing the server infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of the eCommerce department and business;
• Manage a team of Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers that support the key initiatives;
• Continually identify site improvement strategies and new technologies to deliver best-in-class user experience;
• Implement processes to ensure that all eCommerce vulnerabilities are accounted for, being tracked and corrected;
• Oversee the stability and everyday management of the server infrastructure;
• Identify market trends, solutions and techniques to inform relevant strategies and solutions
