Engineer / 2D-3D Drafter / Recruiter

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Architectural drawing in AutoCad;
- Architectural drawing in Revit;
- Architectural calculations in Diamond;
- Answering incoming phones;
- Maintain contact with, and advise our European clients, on Skype and by Email;
- Writing out job descriptions;
- Posting jobs on our own website and job boards;
- Managing incoming CV’s and answering emails;
- Taking off the first telephone screening of candidates;
- Organizing the planning of job interviews;
- Recruitment of 2D/3D Drafters;
- Recruitment of Engineers;
- Guiding new employees in their start-up;
- Payroll and personnel administration;
- Staff management;
- Strategic planning of staff;
- Managing our LinkedIn company page;
- Scheduling evaluation meetings of new employees;
- Attending Staff Meeting;
Qualifications:
You have your master degree as a structural engineer.
Approximately 10 years work experience.
You are an expert in AutoCad and Revit.
You can make calculations in Diamond.
You have experience working with Microsoft Office. Apple is a plus.
You can take initiative, here we count on! You are communicative, as well written and spoken and you are fluent in English. You are passionate and you want to make further career.
Commercial awareness.
Attention:
You will communicate on daily base by Skype. Both with the management of the company and with our customers.
