Engineering Kitchen Technician (Opening soon hotel in Sharjah)

Handle all Electrical, Mechanical & kitchen maintenance work in the hotel during the shift.
Maintain the engineering area / equipment/ tools safe & clean
Maintain minimum essential stock of spares & materials required for day to day maintenance of kitchen, Electrical & Mechanical equipment that technician frequently use
Strong knowledge about temperature discrepancy factor as per HACCP requirements
Train and instruct kitchen and F&B; members of the staff by passing along knowledge and skills to assist them in their development & advancement of your own
Ensure to practice the energy saving plan
Carry out the safety /quality & standard procedures as per hotel norms
Discuss day to day operational requirement, achievement improvements and take necessary action accordingly with supervisor and team members
Discuss and handle every complaints /suggestions with supervisor for remedial action
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment management system
Follow the preventive maintenance schedule as specified in the plan for punctuality
