Engineering Kitchen Technician (Opening soon hotel in Sharjah)

  • Handle all Electrical, Mechanical & kitchen maintenance work in the hotel during the shift.
  • Maintain the engineering area / equipment/ tools safe & clean
  • Maintain minimum essential stock of spares & materials required for day to day maintenance of kitchen, Electrical & Mechanical equipment that technician frequently use
  • Strong knowledge about temperature discrepancy factor as per HACCP requirements
  • Train and instruct kitchen and F&B; members of the staff by passing along knowledge and skills to assist them in their development & advancement of your own
  • Ensure to practice the energy saving plan
  • Carry out the safety /quality & standard procedures as per hotel norms
  • Discuss day to day operational requirement, achievement improvements and take necessary action accordingly with supervisor and team members
  • Discuss and handle every complaints /suggestions with supervisor for remedial action
  • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment management system
  • Follow the preventive maintenance schedule as specified in the plan for punctuality
