Minimum Requirements

Graduate /Diploma/Degree holder with Minimum 4+ Years of work Experience in estimation & quantity surveying in turnkey fit out, joinery & FF&E works for Hospitality / Commercial / Residential Projects.Job DescriptionThe Estimator is responsible for all estimation works in joinery and fit-out works. The estimator must have the foundation knowledge in wood working and quantity surveying.

Identifies labour, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.

Computes costs by analysing labour, material, and time requirements.

Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.Understanding drawings and joinery technical issues.

Visiting sites to gather information needed.Prepare tender submissions based upon design drawings and specification.Prepare procurement schedules, Estimate contract materials and prepare material schedules for project team.Liaising with clients from inquiry stage up to project handing over stage.Manage cost data base, subcontractors accounts, including the evaluation of contract variations and the preparation of final accounts and ensure client signoff on all cost variations. Skills

Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project & Auto Cad required.
