- Responsible for estimation process.
- Possess sound knowledge of the variety of materials used for all fit out projects.
- Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, specifications, and related documents.
- Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time and raw material, equipment, and labor expenses.
- Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, management cost and time requirements.
- Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Evaluate a products cost effectiveness or profitability & Recommend ways to make a product more cost effective or profitable
- Maintains cost database for projects and also for each material using irrespective of projects.
- Understanding drawings and joinery technical issues .
