We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Event Coordinator to join our dynamic and talented team in Dubai.
Reporting to: Event Director/Account Manager
General:
- Working in line with the company direction, standards and to the best of their ability.
Responsible for:
Internal:
- Assigned projects, given by the Account/Event Manager.
- Working with the Account / Event Manager as required.
- Using Company process (forms and templates).
- Liaising with the Account / Event Manager to establish best practice on final proposals, Client communication and internal process.
- Ensuring all project specific financial elements are correctly submitted to the Accounting Department.
- Liaising with the Project Management Division to ensure Account / Event Manager expectations are met.
- Keeping Account / Event Manager aware of any challenges being faced.
Client side:
- Liaising with Clients when necessary to ascertain their event requirements through a detailed brief, produce Scope of Work & convert into a proposal.
- Being point of contact for external client representatives during the pre-site phase.
Delivery:
- Supervising and coordinating operations on site on behalf of the Account/Event Manager to ensure Client is satisfied and project objectives are met.
- Overseeing project delivery on behalf of the Account/Event Manager for the Client in terms of timelines and quality.
Finalisation:
- Reporting to the Account/Event Manager by way of the Post Action Report.
- Settling payments as per the payment terms.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the Events & Exhibitions Industry
- English fluency
- Good interpersonal skill
- Must have excellent meeting and presentation skills
