Currently working alongside a market leading facades contractor who have continued to deliver key projects across the Middle East that typically include complex façade packages. There is therefore an increasing demand on their Facades Division to give extra support to this technically challenging aspect of the build. This demand has opened an exciting opportunity within their Senior Management team. They're looking for an experienced Facades Factory Manager with a proven track record of delivering challenging façade packages, ideally on projects with an overall value of more than $200M.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the factory and production that could value up to $200M+. The successful candidate would support the factory and projects wherever necessary from design stage through procurement and deliver, to project completion. This would present the chosen candidate with a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of this critical element of work on a landmark project and raise their profile within one of the London Markets busiest and most innovative main contractors.
