Facilities Manager
An International School in Abu Dhabi has an immediate vacancy for a Facilities Manager. Candidate must be self motivated with at least five years experience in managing facilities, and successful candidate will be required to oversee and assist in the management of environment, health and safety, infrastructure, facilities maintenance, cleaning services, repairs, and construction. Candidate should be computer literate and have excellent spoken English, communication and interpersonal skills. Proven adaptability and flexibility to work in a challenging work environment is a must. Preference will be given to those with school, university experience.

Ability to carry out simple maintenance and to manage more complex tasks.
Ability to work with engineers and construction workers to move projects forward.
Self-starter - can identify problems and come up with solutions.
