Female Telesales Representative
Active and ambitious Telesales Representative urgently required in our company to help achieve monthly sales targets and increase lead conversion.
Qualifications:
- Female
- Must have excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Past Sales experience is a must
- Real Estate, Retail Sales or Telesales experience is a plus
- should be good at creating, working relationships with investors and landlords
- European applicants are preferred.
- General understanding of Dubai’s property market with knowledge of areas, rules and regulations
- Highly motivated in pushing to acquire leads and new business
- smart and sales-driven
Responsibilities:
- Explaining products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers
- Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders
-Maintain call logs and reporting details regarding calls
- Schedule appointments for Listing and Buyer Specialists
- Input/manage client & lead databases
- Conduct lead follow up & nurture leads until appointments are set
